Terms and Conditions:
- In case, a servant decides to leave his/her services: - Company shall provide 3 replacements during this transition time, If the invoices are settled and due to any reason the candidate resigns then a free replacement is 7 Days but it may be depending or the availability.
- If for some reason the maid leaves the job, you will pay his/her salary in the company.
- If any reason whatsoever if the services given are for a few months and the total job is not completed, then agency charges will not be refunded. (We will provide replacements)
- Arya Maid Services will not be held responsible for any wrong behavior characteristics nature of client and candidate.
- Client should check the belongings of candidate while He or She is Joining or leaving the Job, Arya Maid Services will not be held response for any Theft, Missing, Missuses or loss of any valuables things.
- We strongly suggest that the client does’ POLICE VERIFICATION of the maid. This ensures that the maid is free of any criminal charges in the past. At any given point of time if there is any crime done by the candidate (Civil or criminal), Arya Maid Services would not be responsible for the same.
- Arya Maid Services has the right to cancel one's contract without giving any clarification on the basis of undisciplined behavior and false statement.
